Happy Anniversary…My Outlander Blog!

I almost missed it! I just opened the blog and saw a strange little icon in the comments section!  It said Happy Anniversary! Two years ago today you started your blog!  Wow! Time seems to have flown by! It’s hard to believe that Season 1 and two droughts have been survived and written about ! I wanted to thank you all for reading and joining in some great conversations about the books and show! I’d especially like to thank Diana Gabaldon! Because she wrote a book, I was inspired to write a blog!  I discovered a joy of writing and it has changed my life forever.

Below you’ll find links to three of my top blogs of the past year and two that I really enjoyed writing! Looking forward to another year of writing and talking about Outlander!

  1. Hearty congratulations to you. I’ve been reading your blog for the entire two years, I think. Blogs are wonderful for pouring out your soul and sharing happiness with like-minded friends. I’ve had mine (at Live Journal) for 11 years and thought it have met some of the most wonderful people I’ve ever known.

I can say the same about the people I’ve met via Word Press although I’m only a reader here, not a blogger.

Again, congrats and here’s to the next two years and beyond.

Best most thoughtful blog on OL out there. You are read by so many longtime fans who love how you put your heart, soul, and brain into the commentary you blog. Thanks and here’s to another season coming up! Slainte

Whole heartedly agree with all of the previous comments. I enjoy your insight and sense of fairness. I love the books, the TV series and your blog!

  5. Karyn Donohue

Thank you, thank you! I am in awe how your blog continually offers the most perceptive analysis of the Outlander characters and story lines, and so look forward to your postings. Just as Diana has inspired you, you have inspired me to step outside my comfort zone and pursue my love of writing. Can’t wait for Season 2!
